1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer law.
However, returns are only accepted if all conditions below are strictly met:
- Items must be unworn and unused
- Items must be free from any damage, stains, perfume, or alterations
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required

Please include your order number and reason for return.
Returns sent without prior approval will be rejected.
2. Return Conditions & Costs
- All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We do not provide prepaid return labels
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If an item is returned in an unsatisfactory condition (worn, damaged, or missing tags), the return will be automatically refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.
3. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
Please note:
- Shipping fees are never refunded
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds if return conditions are not fully met
- Partial refunds may be issued if items show signs of use or damage
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Sale or discounted items
- Swimwear and lingerie (if hygiene seal is removed)
- Earrings and pierced jewellery
- Gift cards
- Any items marked “Final Sale”
- Customized or made-to-order products
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photo evidence before approving a replacement or refund.
Late claims will not be accepted.
6. Returns Address
Return instructions and address will be provided only after your return request has been approved by our customer service team.
Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
